Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our product (edible food item), we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.
However, returns/replacements may be considered only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged product
- You received a wrong item
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Please share:
- Clear photos of the product
- Packaging images
- Order details
Once verified, we will offer:
- Replacement, or
- Full refund, as applicable
Refund Policy
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout
- In case of prepaid orders via Razorpay, the amount will be credited back to your bank/account
Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds or returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Product opened, used, or consumed
- Delay caused by courier partners
- Incorrect address provided during checkout
Failed Deliveries
- If an order is undelivered due to incorrect address or unavailability, we may attempt re-delivery.
- Additional shipping charges (if any) may apply.
